Workspaces: your team's encrypted environment
A workspace is the top-level container for your team. Everyone you invite shares encrypted access to the workspace. Custom branding (your logo, your workspace name) appears on every share page and intake form your team sends.
Your workspace has its own audit trail, its own templates, and its own access control layer. It's the trust boundary for your team.
Projects: isolation where it matters
Within a workspace, projects are where work actually happens. Each project has:
- Its own set of secrets and requests
- Its own access permissions (you can assign different roles per project)
- Its own default access controls for shares and requests
Client A's credentials don't appear in Client B's view. A junior team member assigned to one project can't browse another. The structure enforces the isolation automatically, so you don't have to manage it by hand.
Set the rules once for a client (email OTP, passcode, expiration, view limits) and every new share or request in that project starts from them. Same client, same controls, without reconfiguring every link.
Custom branding
Your workspace logo and name appear on every outward-facing page: share links, intake forms, branded request pages. Clients see your identity, not a generic tool.
On plans that support it, you can also remove the "Powered by doconvoy" attribution for a fully white-labeled experience.
